Report: We started well and was playing some good football and deservedly took the lead when Joe Seabrook brook free beating there defender and firing home with his left foot from the edge of the box. It was Joe again who made it 2-0 when he collected a great through ball from Lee Brown and slotted home. We were dominating and should have finished the game off, but as usual we made it hard for ourselves and let a sloppy goal in after not clearing our lines. 2-1 up at half time. It was Finchleians who struck first to make it 2-2, we then let our heads go down and they added a third 2-3. We pushed Lee Wood up from centre back to centre forward, and almost instantly it paid off as he collected the ball turned his defender and laid it off for Adam Severn to slot home 3-3. Both teams now pushing for a winner and it could still have gone either way but we managed to nick it with a bit of a scramble, Lee Wood involved again and it dropped to Adam who netted his 2nd of the game 4-3. A great game for the spectators, but we must realise we have to keep going 100% no matter what the score is and must not let our heads go down when we go behind.
