Report: It's very easy to sum up this game, too many basic mistakes that cost us the three points. Rather than dwell on the negative let's focus on the goals we scored, that on another day probably would have been enough to beat a decent West Wickham side.
1st goal- Tony Hunn chased down a ball over the top and put pressure on the Wickham defender. With Hunn breathing down his neck he lost control of the ball and Tony kept cool to slot home clinically for a 1-0 lead.
2nd goal - corner from the left, headed back across goal by Tom at the far post for Sean to nod in bravely at the near post to draw level at 2-2 and bring us back into the game.
Goal no. 3 - a long throw into the Wickham box and Tom got up strongly to head home and get us in 3-4 at half time.
4th goal - easily goal of the day, but unfortunately came too late to spur on a dramatic come back as we were 3-6 down. Great individual effort from Mikey Cole, drifting in from the right wing, past a defender and firing low past the keeper from twenty yards on his left foot.
Man of the match: Tom McMullen

Report: This was a weird game. It was a game where we came so close to self-destructing it was untrue. Yet, somehow we managed to pull ourselves together, stop messing around, and take the points.
Could we have had a worse first half hour? Conceeding four goals for no reply was hardly a great start was it? A combination of sleepy / lazy play all across the back, and a midfield not being connected with the back four cost us dearly. When the third goal had gone in the bickering and arguing started amongst our own, and when the fourth went in a I thought we were heading for melt down; with Derick J and Tommy Attrill looking like they were gonna square up..?!?
They say football management is all about psychology, it certainly was in this game. We pulled ourselves together, forgot about all the poor play and silly goals, and set to our football. When Ross got us a goal back before half time (a peach of a strike too) we had a foothold in the game, and a way back in. Second half was all us, with seemingly endless pressure on the oppo. They finally buckled and between them Gary and Ross finished chances to put us 4-3, and within touching distance of securing a most unlikely result. Lee Hunt got the equaliser. Gary Hulkes got the fifth. Ross was superbly picked out by Gary for an easy finish for the sixth. Game over, and a great come back. Beware the self-destruct button lads..!
