Match Report: The Warren 1-1 Old Stationers We came into our third league game of the season high on confidence after recording maximum points in our first two fixtures. This week we had the task of travelling down to Beckenham in the search of three more points against a decent The Warren side. Match Report – Old Stationers 4-3 Southbank CUACO After an agonising defeat in Extra Time of the SAL cup last week it was back to league action this week with a home fixture against Southbank. Unlike last week we started quickly, playing some nice football and creating a few good early chances. The heavy rain in EN5 had made for a zippy surface and we were knocking it around nicely looking dangerous with Dave smashing one off the bar. Match report - 1st XI v Oldsmiths

Old Stationers 4-1 Oldsmiths, League fixture. Pre-season had been a bit of a mixed bag for us, with some decent performances being cancelled out by some equally shocking one’s – but the main aim for us was embedding our new players into the team and trying to develop a good understanding with each other on the pitch. The day started in typical Sunday League/Stationers fashion, 14 players whittled quickly down to 11 before 12 o clock and no-one being sure if Pel was going to make it on time to start in goal.
